This is a 4 bedroom/2 bath in Miplitas. This is one of the few REOs in that area. I like the fact that it is located accros Flikinger Park in a culdesac, it is a nice area. The condition of the prperty is good, it has double pane windows, crown molding, nicely painted. Totally different from what I've seen in some other REOs. This would be a good property for a 1st time buyer, the size (1234 sq ft) is good and the lot (6,000) too. I like the backyard.
